Review
Pneumatic kick drums and serrated rhythm guitars collide in a densely compacted crush, hemmed in by cinematic string stabs and high-register synthesizer sheen. The production values velocity and sheer compression above dynamic separation; down-tuned riffing often merges with the percussive onslaught, while string arrangements supply icy contours rather than sonic relief. Across this churning low end, high-pitched shrieks and cavernous gutturals stack tightly together, crowding every pocket of headroom.
When the momentum accelerates into unremitting blast beats on "Fed To Death" and "Metastatic Misery," the pacing turns suffocating. Symphonic layers—from the piercing violin motifs on "Oblivion's Dominion" to sudden horror-film string scrapes—intensify the hostility rather than softening it. While repetitive breakdown architecture and uniform track climaxes occasionally induce fatigue across the running order, the sheer kinetic discipline and technical endurance remain formidable straight through to the title closer.
